Vâlcea has also happy students!

One can say that the happiest students at the beginning of this new school year, from our county, can be found in the rural areas and mostly in the southern Valcea. It is about the ones from the village of the social-democrat Ion Spârleanu (photo left), Creţeni, and those from the village of the liberal mayor Ion Năfliu (pictured right), Galicea. Why those students? Because here was inaugurated Monday, September 13 this year, new schools. So, in the center of Creţeni, was inaugurated a school, in the immediate vicinity of City Hall, a building with ten modern classrooms equipped with indoor toilets, sewage, water, a library with two thousand volumes, solid fuel central heating , walkways and green space around the unit, and will serve the interests of no less than 150 students. The work just completed, which is 18 billion lei project, from which, the County Council had contributed with a sum of 2.3 billion old lei. Then, in the Galicea village was inaugurated a new school in Cocoru. The School from Cocoru was built by the current local government. The initiative came in 2004, when the local authorities wanted to build something for students here, being that area of the village Galicea where, thankfully, the birth rate is still quite high. Also, everything in this village, there are many young families who have built houses which is why the deputy mayor Florea Udrea estimates that this school will have a continuity. The new building has four classrooms, four bathrooms, a built area of 360 square meters for all utilities and offers absolutely normal conditions of education. In the future, as soon as possible, it is envisaged of swings, slides and an occidental flowers and grass arrangement so that the exterior part to become just as interesting as the interior is now.
