Mayor Neagoie from Ioneşti village – a worthless and greedy boar!
4 august, 2010 Fara comentariiOur reliable sources have informed us that the mayor of Ioneşti village, Constantin Neagoie (photo), has gone hunting, illegally, again, on the fund belonging to the firm Artemis. In that it had permission to hunt a wild boar, but because of his greed that lies beyond measure and, together with his group of luxury poachers, had shot six wild boar, goats and deers also. One boar was shot just below the eyes of people from this village, in an evening, near the end of last month. Those people were willing to make us aware of this new and rude act of poaching. Susanu sir, we advise you that, as owner of the company Artemis, to be in the future a little more careful when you give this individual hunting licenses. Meaning that it would be good from now on, to send a team to accompany him on hunting, as required by the laws, in fact.

And maybe people would not care about their illegal hunting, if he would would be a mayor with fear of God and would respect his voters’ confidence with which he has been rewarded when he was invested in this function, in summer 2008. So, Mr. Mayor Constantin Neagoie, we respectfuly pray to you to somehow explain to the citizens of this locality, how did you get in this situation that the project for introduction of running water and sewage water network in the Ioneşti village has been totally forgotten. Not the other, but about two months ago – if we remember well enough – you gave an interview to the paid newspaper ‘Viata Valcii’, and after that, you bought hundreds of copies of this newspaper and you’ve distributed them throughout the village using the ambulance, a vehicle which, after have done your work has been implicated in a stupid accident, another proof of the fact that you have lied in that interview. At that time, you lied as that project has been approved, although it was not yours and therefore, you must not boast. And if you do not plan to give explaination in front of the people who voted for you, there is no problem, because we are going to tell him the truth about their mayor. So, the reality lies, in short, as follows: the credit for developing the water and sanitation project belongs exclusively to the former mayor of the Ioneşti village, Ion Cătănoiu, and the local councilors who occupied these posts during the past mandate, can confirm what we are writing now because they contributed, moreover, by approving the studies and technical project. You, sir boar of Ioneşti, at best, you can tell about yourself that you are the one who took good care so that project to fail irremediably, because you were more concerned over the past two years, about the businesses that you develop from the position of manager of SC COMCHIM LLC, the sole distributor of Oltchimului, under the umbrella of Constantin Roibu, the local magnate. Do not you ever think that you can prove to us that the four hours that you stay at the CityHall, on week, therefore, fewer than those that you spend in a bar on a week, are sufficient to track Programme and European projects. If you do not know these things, we inform you that during his last term as mayor, Ion Cătănoiu has received you in his home and has put you at the table and also allowed you to clean your sweat on his clean towels, when you came full of grime from the hunt, then you did everything you could to buy the position of mayor by bribing the peasants with promises without coverage, small and beers just to make him from the back, got a wide range of funding from the European Union but also from the reserve fund of the Prime Minister of Romania . You do not even have an idea what is the reserve fund! We strongly believe this. These are projects of major interest developed by the former mayor: the modernization of DC 102 linking Ioneşti of Scundu – worth 21 billion, upgrading school with classes I to IV Fişcălia – amounting to 6 billion lei, repairs necessary after due surpării floods of 2005, the village road 102 from Ioneşti to Scundu – worth 7.5 billion old lei, upgrading rural roads Fişcălia – Rădoi – Tudor – worth all the 7.5 billion old lei, building a bridge on DC 102 Ioneşti – Scundu – worth 8.5 billion lei, from the reserve fund available to the Prime Minister and many other projects like this. We already wonder ourselves what will happen with the great importance projects developed by the former mayor of the village Ioneşti, since they were implemented, some of them, absolutely abusive by the current mayor. Meaning that is not yet funded because the actual mayor is not capable of continuing what the former mayor started, Neagoie implemented those projects, without permission, without money and without planning permission, which will lead Ioneşti village to bankruptcy. The idea which the voters must remember is simple: In over two years since he is leading the village Ioneşti, Neagoie has committed abuses in service based on projects which not only that do not even belong to him, but he also was not able to deal further with those projects in order to obtain the necessary financing and, besides this, Ion Cătănoiu brought hundreds of billions from different sources, while Neagoie was not able to bring at least one leu…
