Ioneşti mayor built a farm as in Dallas, without authorization!

With few days before, we entered in possesion of some documents which attest the fact that the mayor from Ioneşti village, Constantin Neagoie (foto), 
has illegaly built the mansion that you can see in the picture above. To be concrete, the mayor from Ioneşti, the swindler Constantin Neagoie, has no authorization for building what you see in this picture. He does not even have an authorization for comercial practices in this buildings, but still, he grows and sells birds and animals here. Trustable sources told us that the ‘litle Dallas’ which is owned by this tramp which runs this village, has been bought by his company, named Comchim Chemical from a local boyar which, at that time, had a lot of fields to recover from the state, among the limits of Ioneşti village. In the document that you can see in the foto above, but also in other many documents which we posses today, it is writen black on white in what consists the property bought by Neagoie a few years ago, namely: an agricol field and a pesticide warehouse. In the last two years since when he has been elected mayor of this village, Neagoie has transformed the pesticide warehouse into a veritable hotel, with appartments in which the mayor of Ioneşti had accommodated the bigwigs of the Vâlcea County, such as: the mayor of Rm. Vâlcea, Mircia Gutău, who is today arrested under the charge of bribery, the head of PD-L party from Vâlcea county, the senator Dorel Jurcan, or the director Mierluşi, known as the man with the money from the Vâlcea County Council. This happened with several ocassions… After all bad things which this mayor caused to the people which elected him two years ago, with no legal basis – and we are talking about the vaste and many fines given to the villagers for facts like building something on their own properties, or about the tractor owners just because they had driven their machines on this village roads without cleaning the tires – it seems that the mayor himself has waken up and faced the reality, so, now, he tries to become legal. We say this because, after he had brought to Ioneşti village an architect named Dragoş Proteasa, to whom, mayor Naegoie ordered to design everything that he has already built there, in order to prepare the papers, he sent an adress to the Vâlcea County Council, with the 2930/23.06.2010 number of registration, in which the swindler Neagoie asked for a construction certificate. We must tell that this adress is not signed by Neagoie, as mayor, but by another person because at that time, he was outside the borders of our country. In other words, we advise you, honorable voters from Ioneşti village, to take this swindler to heart, to force him to tell you how can he dare to manage your bussines, by stupid local Council laws or by other means, deciding in your name which will be the limit hour until which you can have your locals opened, for example, or to force you pay fines when Neagoie himself, as mayor of your village, is completely outside the law. We also have lots of data which proove the fact that at all the parties that he had given in the last two years since when he is the mayor of this village, in no matter what locations from Ioneşti, he had sacrificied a big number of pigs. After that, he asked one of his servants, named Dan Bălan to make an acquisition summary which he had used to get lots of money from the local budget, big sums, even hundreds of milions lei sustaining that he had bought those pigs from different stores in the interest of the community which he was elected tu run. More than that, Neagoie’s company is the unique distributor of soda and other chemicals. So, the mayor of Ioneşti village is taking advantage of this fact. That is way he practices another type of bribery which he calls ‘commission’ and whose value reaches to 15%.
